Your membership may be placed on hold for these reasons: serious medical condition, vacation, and pregnancy. However, we do require a minimum 7 days notice and a hold cannot be place on account for less than 10 consecutive days. Holds due to medical conditions will take effect the date we receive the physicians letter. We are unable to backdate holds.

1 Month: No holds unless medical issue (physician note required) unless pre-discussed with management and exception to circumstance is granted.

3 Month Pre-Paid: Can place membership on hold for 1.5 weeks

6 Month Pre-Paid: Can place membership on hold for 3 weeks

12 Month Pre-Paid: Can place membership on hold for 6 weeks

12  Month Unlimited: All 12 payments in the term must be paid. Once paid, any approved vacation days or sick days will be added and the auto pay stopped before resuming on a new payment date.

We offer 6 and 12 month, monthly payment options. To lock in pricing for life, these auto renew. If you need to cancel before the TERM is up you must pay 50% of the remainder of the payments. 30 days written notice is required to terminate all automatic payment plans, term fulfilled or not. Example: If you are on a 12 month term and are only 9 months in but want to cancel you will need to pay 50% of the remaining 3 months. With each month at $93.50 a month you would owe $140.25 to cancel with 3 months remaining on your 12 month term.
